I have problem to delete a file, which also unable to open normal dialog.
(property dialog is missing)

Has anybody experience this problem before? Can anybody advise me please?

What is your hardware, operating system and how was the file produced? A
file name might also be helpful.

Well, Try to delete it in safe Mode and also try to take the ownership again
for it.
