Hi,

I have a Radeon 9600 which I have just connected to my TV,
using S-Video out to Scart cable.
The picture quality is fairly good, but the colour is very low. I have
tried adjusting the colour on the TV, but this makes no difference

Anyone have any suggestions?

Not familiar with you card, Does it in fact have TV out and via the s-video.
I'd try a different route, and see if that changes anything.

Have you tried making adjustments in Control Panel or CCC, whichever your
using?
Video>Adjustments in CCC.

Get the pinouts for both devices and make sure they are compatible. Not
familiar with SCART.

Some TVs could get a display like this if the TV is set to use a wrong
connector. IOW not the one your actually trying to use. Say on my HDTV
connecting to component 1 and the TV being set for component 2.

There should be a slider in catalyst control center or catalyst control
panel, under TV for color saturation or somthing like this.
Check if you can increase it.
