Try using google to find information. There is a ton of it on the Internet.
The subject gets confusing because of the complications in TV technology
over the past several years. That is, we have regular over-the-air TV, cable
TV, satellite TV, high definition TV, etc. When looking at PC tuner cards
for TV viewing, you have to keep all these things in mind to sort out just
what you're looking at. In addition, you have to ensure compatibility with
various computer operating systems. There is no simple approach.

I don't have a review site but I'm using a Hauppauge Nova-DT Dual DVB-T
and it is faultless under Vista Ultimate.
