If you have a Terminal Server then all of your other computers in the room would have to use a terminal session from this
server, meaning all of your users would be doing all their work on this one server and the other computers would simply be
terminals. In this situation the Administrator could shadow a users terminal session. The following articles talk more about
this.

If you are looking for a way to take control or watch the actually desktop on the workstation then you would need to use a
third party product that does this.
