TS Client hangs on log off

We have several servers running both Windows 2000 and
Windows 2003. We are experiencing a problem that when a
user connects to specific servers using the Terminal
Server client, the session will stop responding when they
try to log off. The user is eventually forced to close
the window to terminate the session.

This is happening only three specific servers (2 running
2003 and 1 running 2000).

Note: We have tried the UPHCLEAN tool and it did not
resolve this problem.

We would appreciate any help possible.

Thanks in advance,
John Smith
