Ladies and Gentelmen

I am in bad need of some advice. The change Identity
in my Outlook Express isn't letting me change to another
identity. It appearently doesen't remember just what the
password was, and neither do I. Is there anyway that I
can get into that area and change it to a new password,
so that my wife can receive her E-mail? I have tryed many
different passwords trying to get in, but so far with no
success. What are my options,if any. I need to get this
straightened out as soon as possible.
