trouble installing Paint Shop Pro 7.02

I keep getting the following msg and can not get it to
install back on to pc after i crashed.

I have administrative privileges

following msg:

Paint Shop Pro was unable to create a file int he Windows
termorary directory (currently C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe.) Please ensure that you have write
permission for this directory and and adequate space is
available.

It work just fine before i crashed.

i tried paint shop pro 5.-I forgot.it comondeered all my
photo files. when i would try to find out if one was jpg,
png gif,etc all I could find out was it was a paint shop
pro doc. it took it out, with some difficulty. jack m

Hi....

I have the same paint pro. and got the same message and
after checking around with computer repair shops...I found
that paint pro is not compatable with Win XP....

You will have to look for a new paint program to use...

Someone gave you some mis-information. I have had every version of Paint
Shop Pro on this XP system from version 5.0 to version 8 and they all worked
without any problems.
