Treo 755P

Had a Tungsten E2 Palm Pilot. Bought a new Treo 755p and installed software
on my computer. The E2 will not synchronize. Outlook notes say "This
handheld device is associated with a different Outlook Profile. To
Synchronize with that profile, close Outlook and synchronize again. To use
this device with the current Outlook profile, open the HotSync custom dialog
and change the conduit settings to use this Outlook profile. See the Outlook
conduit help for details."

Can not figure out any of the above. HELP.
