Treeview Drag n Drop

I need to add the behaviour MS uses in IE7 with Organize Favorites,
where sequence is important and drag and drop is used to reorder the
position in a treeview. Specifically, how to add the bar between
folders while dragging the folder. I'm using C#, windows Treeview
control, and .Net 2.0. I already have basic drag n drop, but not the
bar showing where the new location will be when the item is dropped.
