transfer outlook datas from an old hard disk to a new computer

I changed my computer but From the old one remains only the hard disk . How
transfer the datas from outlook (adress book and mails) old hard disk to my
new computer ?

You can use personal folder. It contains contacts and mails. If you copy
that pst file, that means you transferred your datas.
