Transfer files from Win98 Outlook Express 5 to WinXP Outlook Express 6

How do I transfer messages and files from a W98 Outlook Express 5 computer
to a WinXP Outlook Express 6 machine? The Win XP transfer wizard moves only
some files and messages, but not all that I have on the W98 OE 5 machine.
