I am connected via a wireless adsl router and my ISP is constantly breaking
the connection and reconnect without my knowledge. (changing the IP
constantly)

any software out there that can detect my WAN IP change with time log?
I am using IP2 to find my IP addresses

If you experience change of IP (WLAN) which mean something wrong with
the Wifi router which keep on dropping the line signal.

ISP don't assign you WLAN IP but your router (switch) does the
auto-assigning IP job.

Line dropping due to weak signal from the router, try to move your
router to center of the room/house/office.
