why isnt antispywar able to dedect and or prevent it from
installing on my machine...this is pretty common spyware
and i just did fresh install of windows and other
programs that i know are spyware free .....????

Its beta, so you can't expect to be in the same category of a shipping
product. Have you sent in a Spyware Report from the Tools Menu, identifying
the particular problem MSAS is not identifying?
