Toolbars

I have made a number of windows toolbars which are working well, and pop up
from the bottom, with only one minor problem, they always default to being
sorted alphabetically.
I drag the programs up and down and put them how I want them but once the pc
is reset the programs default to an alphabetic order from top to bottom.
Is there a way round this?
