drop the tight vnc and download real vnc

that is a better program you will be able to install it and then it will automatically start when the pc starts up

There's a free version of Real VNC that might meet your needs:

http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/index.html

Otherwise, the only way I know to load an application on startup is to place it in the Programs > Startup folder on the start menu... or run it as a service if it can do that.

I use TightVNC as well. It starts up everytime Windows starts because at the beginning the installation asks if you want to install it as a service. That would set it up for automatic boot up. In your case there's still a way. Simply go into your Start Menu, find the TightVNC shortcut that's labelled "Start TightVNC Service"; should be in 'Programs' > 'TightVNC' > 'TightVNC Server (ServiceMode)' and copy it into your Startup Folder; in 'Programs' > 'Startup'.

Anything in the Startup Folder is launched every bootup

Another way is to first check within the Services that run automatically.

-Click the Windows Start button, click 'Run', type 'services.msc'.

-Scroll down and double-click on 'TightVNC Server' and set the 'Startup type:' as "Automatic".

That should get TightVNC to startup automatically during Windows bootup.
