I would make sure his PC has the latest video/graphic card drivers installed. Beyond that look at the "Event Log" on his machine to see if there are any messages of interest. ------ Al Jarvi (MS-MVP Windows Networking) === Posted with Qusnetsoft NewsReader 3.1 for the PocketPC |

Go to "Start | Hep and Support" and search for "event log"... I don't use AOL, or know anyone that does, so I can't say if that could be an issue or not. ------ Al Jarvi (MS-MVP Windows Networking) === Posted with Qusnetsoft NewsReader 3.1 for the PocketPC |
