I am having an issue w/ Outlook. When I send an email, it freezes up on me.
I have to close it out and re-boot. When I re-boot, I get a message that says ThorConnWndClass program is not responding. I never saw this before until Outlook started freezing up. I called Dell support, and they have had me remove my slide show screen saver, among some other trouble shooting items. They now say I have to re-install Outlook. Wanted to see if there was a better way before doing that. Anyone else seen this? |

None of that. Remove the Alternative User Input support from your Office
installation. If you use it you can reinstall the component and see if it works. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] www.howto-outlook.com Tips of the month: -FREE tool; QuickMail. Insert the Office CD, start setup and choose Add/Remove Components.
Alternative User Input is listed there. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] www.howto-outlook.com Tips of the month: -FREE tool; QuickMail.
