Default ThorConWndClass program - causing Outlook 2003 to lock up

I am having an issue w/ Outlook. When I send an email, it freezes up on me.
I have to close it out and re-boot. When I re-boot, I get a message that
says ThorConnWndClass program is not responding. I never saw this before
until Outlook started freezing up. I called Dell support, and they have had
me remove my slide show screen saver, among some other trouble shooting
items. They now say I have to re-install Outlook. Wanted to see if there
was a better way before doing that.

Anyone else seen this?

None of that. Remove the Alternative User Input support from your Office
installation. If you use it you can reinstall the component and see if it
works.

I am not sure how to do that, would you mind explaining how? Much appreciated!

Insert the Office CD, start setup and choose Add/Remove Components.
Alternative User Input is listed there.
