Default Loading Personal Settings, how to reduce time

Can someone suggest things to look for to modify to reduce the amount of time
that a system takes to complete "Loading your personal settings"?

John,

"Loading your personal settings" is basically loading the user profile. If
you "reduce" the profile, the loading time will be smaller.

You can try and use BootVis tool to analyze the image loading/booting time.
Then you may see what components affect the time most.
