Invitation error

When I receive an invitation to remotley assist a friend, I now get a prompt
to save to disk or open...I never received this before. Selecting either one
will not do anything.

I have Norton Internet security 2005 installed and have diabled both of them
and that does not work...it did work while it was installed previously with
NIS 2005.
