User Accounts

I have TWO user accounts, both "computer administrator"
type. Under "change my account type," is indicated that
we can DELETE it. We want to delete one of them. But
can't figure out how to do it. Nothing seems to permit
us to delete the user account. Does anyone know
specifically how to do this??
