Gabriella.. I think what it is, is this...
A setup of computers on a (L)ocal (A)rea (N)etwork.... all in one room for Gameing events .. so people can play head to haed on Multiplayer based games..

Sort of like a big party... only if you spill your drink it can have disatourus effects for your PCs Keyboard!!..

Consoles try a search on the net.... there is bound to be somwhere

Yup, thats right. A big party for people with PCs to play network games on (very geeky, but fun no doubt ).

If you are 14 you will probably be limited in your choice (as you will have to rely on transport etc...), but there will be some close to you I'm sure at some point. Are you in the UK, US or elsewhere?

I live in the UK in the staffordshire(Near birmingham), my mates all have playstation2's. The ones that have pc's spend all their time playing Runescape(A MMORPG Game).

Dear writer

Welcome to PC Review, good to hear from you and hope you enjoy being around. Just a very gentle word, please could you just be a bit careful with your language as this is a family site?

Hope you get to sort your LAN Party out - let us know!

Let me explain !!!

This is a computer event that has a lan (local area network) in other words connected pcs

And we all know what that means ( GAMING)

There are lan partys all over the UK but I must admit the best one is run in Thirsk North Yorkshire and this allows plp of all ages , under 16 to be with an adult.

This is a gaming event that is not serious but also for begginers and also to come and get some experience !!!

Have a look at this event in Thirsk
www.blasthards.co.uk

Its run every 2-3months and is enjoyed by all ..

Many thanks

If you need me to answer any questions the give me a shout on my email
