New to this forum, so thought I'd better introduce myself. Officially, I'm here to assist with any queries anyone has about our company and help however I can. Unofficially, it beats filling out a spreadsheet!

Seriously though, my general aim is to provide an open, honest and reliable point of contact with the company - not to provide shameless plugs. Hopefully I'll be able to help some of you out - just post any questions in the retailer forum and I'll do my best to answer them (spreadsheets permitting, of course...).
