Working with non-square pixels

I have a series of pictures that are in dv pixel format (i.e
cropped/resampled to 720x480) so I don't need Movie Maker to do any internal
resizing of the photos.

I just wanted to verify that when I make a custom profile, would I check or
uncheck the box that states 'use non-square pixels' ? This output is only
meant to be played on a TV (after being converted to mpg and author into a
DVD of course)
