Just for the heck of it I once copied the Movie Maker 1.0 folder from XP's
"C:\Program Files\" folder into Windows 2000 (SP4) installation... under C:\Program Files... and it worked !!! However the same procedure doesnt do for MM2. The depndencies lead to some security files very specific to XP :-( For movie editing there are many good alternatives that work under Win2k. Try some win2k forums or www.cnet.com -- Rehan www.rehanfx.org - get transitions and effects for Windows MovieMaker "thorium" <thorium@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:573F8D30-CB4F-48DF-BCD8-E7B56FA5FCC3@microsoft.com... > my system is wingdows 2000 pro |
