Photo Story 3 - error saving project

Whenever I try to save a project in PS3, I get an error message about
possible corrupted PS3 files. I 've been able to create/preview/save (i.e
encode)my output,but can't save the project.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled both PS3 and Win SP2 to no avail.
