I downloaded WMM 2.1 bought Pinnacles Dazzle 150 that comes with it's own
editing app. I can capture video with that but I really would rather use WMM. However, everytime I hit capture it says "camera not detected". I can still capture with the other app??? If WMM is looking for a Firewire signal how can I change that setting to analog??? It's not under options or capture??? -- Thanks |

Hello,
You must have a digital source to properly capture with Movie Maker.....you can plug your analogue source into a capture device that will convert to Digital...that could be a DV camera or a capture device....take note that you definitely get what you pay for...the cheap capture devices are not so clever. -- Best Wishes.....John Kelly www.the-kellys.org www.the-kellys.co.uk Check out free video hosting at www.the-kellys.org ---- \|||/ (oo) ----------ooO-(_)-Ooo------------- All material gained from other sources is duly acknowledged. John, thanks for the reply. Are you saying that the Pinnacle Dazzle 150 is
not compatible??? This is what I am feeding the signal through into my laptop? Hello,
No I don't know anything specific about the dazzle 150. I have access to the distribution side of things and having seen a few of the cheaper devices and some quite expensive devices the old adage you get what you pay for definitely applies -- Best Wishes.....John Kelly www.the-kellys.org www.the-kellys.co.uk Check out free video hosting at www.the-kellys.org ---- \|||/ (oo) ----------ooO-(_)-Ooo------------- All material gained from other sources is duly acknowledged.
