Default Music transitions

Does anyone know how to fade in/out the background sound
when changing to a different song? I basically need to
fade out one song and then start another but don't want to
just jump because the 1st song isnt' complete.

Right-click on the audio clip in the Audio/Music timeline,
and select either "Fade In" or "Fade Out".
