It's normal not to hear it on your computer during the capture process. Did
you check it by playing the captured file?

Yes, I played it back but I don't hear anything. I can hear the audio that I
imported from" MY Music", but not from the video that I captured. I'm really
enjoying making movies. I just can't complete them because I can't get any
sound. When I select ATI Rage... I can see that sound is being detected.
However I can't capture in that mode. It reads an error. In Sound Max I can
capture video, bbut sound is not detected!

If you zoom into the timeline and the audio associated with the video, do
you see the audio wave patterns??? I'd expect you to see them and the issue
is related to your system settings and not the absence of sound in the file.
