My Collections are not saving

I am wondering what I am doing wrong when my collections
are not saving. The file saves correctly as long as I am
logged on to our school network but as soon as I log off
and back on again the collections (and all the created
clips) have disappeared. The only thing that actually
gets saved is the storyboard/timeline - which actually
has the created clips as a part of it.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help.

By default, there are separate collection databases for each user.... maybe
you're into that situation.
