I had been running Windows MovieMaker (Pre 1.0 beta) for the longest time.
The unique ability of this specific version was my ability to simply capture audio without worrying about capturing video. All I would do is click on the Record button and I could record my "Line In" input such as a radio source. Is there any way to do this with MovieMaker 2.0? -- Mike Howells fleebob99-newsgroups@yahoo.com http://mikehowells.net |

Mike,
I use the Stereo Mix option in the narration wizard to capture any audio that is playing. It'll save it as a WMA file. MM1 does the same thing but saves it as a WAV file. -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2: www.papajohn.org PhotoStory 2: www.photostory.papajohn.org .. .. Helo there,
If capturing audio only is what you need why not use a program specific to the task, Audacity or MusicMatch. Audacity is very good indeed. Both are free BTW. There is a link to both in the Great Links section of my website.
