Hi,
I tried to capture home video on my old analog tape via a DV camcorder to my computer using I-Link wire. I can see the image on the computer when I paly back my tape in VCR, but when I start to capture (I want to capture in AVI format), the message says that there is no tape in the camcorder, so I am unable to do the job. Could anyone kindly provide solutions? Thanks a lot! Jay |

movie maker does not specifically support pass through. You need to use a
capture app, supplied free by M/S. Go to www.papajohn.org and look up pass through, where links and instructions will be given -- Graham Hughes MVP www.simplydv.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com "Jay" <Jay@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:FEDA97E1-6D1C-4D3D-B803-3BCF11E5016D@microsoft.com... > Hi, > I tried to capture home video on my old analog tape via a DV camcorder to my computer using I-Link wire.
