Default Message: One or more arguments is invalid

All of sudden I keep getting the pop up message: One or more arguments is invalid, whenever I try to play music that I trimmed and dragged to the music channel. What could I have done wrong this time? Help anyone? Please?

Hello there,

Are you by any chance using MP3 music? If so, its not a good idea.
Movie Maker does all sorts of weird things from time to time with
anything MP3 or MPeg. If this is your problem the solution is to
convert to WAV or WMA

Hi there,

I Use a program called MusicMatch which is rather excelent but you can
use the program Audacity, here is a link....

The program is free and is highly praised.
