frames look during playback. I have isolated yhis to capture files not DVD
recording. I can download in DV AVI video setting record to DVD and its
smooth.

The same in DV AVI is 7.5Gb way to much for a single DVD. Is there anything
in between?

Todd, I think you might want to capture at DV-AVI rather than "high quality
NTSC video setting". Edit the captured file in MovieMaker and save as
DV-AVI and pass that file to MyDVD.
