Default OT Question: .mov to .ram

A bit off topic but I figured you guys would know...

My host does not support streaming .avi, .wmp, .mov, etc.
They do support streaming .ram, or .rm (RealPlayer).
Anybody know of a converter that is cheap and reliable,
preferably free? (For converting .mov or .avi to .ram)
I've already Googled, just looking for advice.

Thanks
