Unable to save slideshow to CD or HD

Hi to all
Created my 1st slideshow with graphics files and audio on my HD. It all ran perfectly. I saved the project to my local HD. However when I wanted to save as a movie file, I received prompt that the destination folder did not exist, which is untrue. Or some of the files used were moved, renamed, etc.... This is also untrue. I am totally stumped....
