Hello,

Mr Brown and Mr. Eddy. Please take this message as notice that I will be
complaining formally about one of your employee's a mr denny who uses the
honorific MS-MVP

If you look at all of his messages in this newsgroup over say the last
week you will find I am sure that his remarks are anything but helpful. At
least one remark is quite insulting.

I will be compiling a full list of his messages and messages from those
who seek to support him and detailing my complaint in writing by ordinary
post.

My purpose here is to pre-warn you of its arrival, so that if it does
not soon arrive on your desks you will be able to query where it is.

I am very unhappy with the way this newsgroup is administered and the
quality of some of your MVP's At least two of them seem to be employees of
your company. I find it very hard to believe that your company is happy to
employ people who advertise that they are your employees and MVP's and then
conduct themselves in the way they do

I once again make the remark that these MVP's have hardly covered
themselves in any form of glory, again, and ask, when will you deal with
them so that ordinary users can help others without being bombarded with
insults and inferences of being a liar?

Mr Richard Sanchez of RESTON, VA has made remarks in this newsgroup that I
am not going to stand for. He has tried to imply that I am putting people in
danger by using TINY URL's, a practise that the MVP PAPAJOHN started and I
thought was a good idea. PAPAJOHN did not actually come up with this idea of
course, someone else showed him how to do it in this news group.

However, Mr. Rich SANCHEZ of RESTON, VA in the apparent belief that because
he lives several thousand miles from me, and in the clear and stupid belief
that he can discourage people from using my website, has tried to blacken my
name.

MR. Rich Sanchez, I have immediate family relatives living in OLD TOWN,
Alexandria, VA. I visit them at least once a year. Because of the wonderful
freedom of information in your country it will not be hard for a Server to
find you and give a piece of paper that you will not like.

Repeat any such statement again at your own financial peril Mr. Sanchez.

Yes, someone will no doubt jump on this message and start another slagging

You clearly did not read the message, however if you do wish a piece of
paper I am sure you can find a way to get it. The way you shut up before was
a clear indication that someone advised you that I really do go to VA and
Reston. Your provocative attitude would not stand you in good stead if I
were to go ahead, should you decide to push your luck.

The complaint about you was already attached by the way.

I really do not understand why you people keep measuring me by your own
standards. It is always a bad thing to do. You are perhaps unaware that
there have recently been some successful prosecutions with respect to
publishing defamatory remarks. The court case was in this country and it was
against someone in the USA. I don't think I knew the exact nature of the
abuse. I do know that the complainant won substantial compensation. I will
try and find it for you if you really want to read it. It was a few months
back so it should not be to hard.

Can I just point out one thing for you. The complaint to the two
officials of Microsoft is supported by your very action in posting your
comments. If you do not understand that, then please get to grips with it
now. Each time you post a message in the manner you do, you give me the
legitimate right to reply. You are therefore providing all the proof I could
ever hope for. I do not know or care how old you are, if you are a juvenile
your parents will I am sure be less than happy.

There is probably a lot you do not understand. Yes, I am fully aware. And
that is suppose to cause me to crawl into a corner or take your idle threats
seriously? Now either follow through with your threats or shut up. Pretty
plain and simple. Even you should be able to understand that.

So? What is your point? Is that another one of you idle threats or do you
just like to hear yourself talk.

It's always someone else's fault isn't it Mr. Kelly. Perhaps it is you who
should come to grips. If that is what you think, then I surely can not
change your mind. Enough of your threats. You have complete rights to
reply to anything you wish, and so do I.

Why did you have to post the same message twice?

I think there is a LOT you don't understand going on here - I can assure
you, if you read back through some of the threads it will become a little
clearer.

Then I think you may draw a different conclusion as to who the spoilt child
is...

I fully support Rich's email here, and if anyone else would like to add
there support, it would be most welcome.
Many of us have received personal threatening emails from John Kelly, and
many have sat and bit their lip while they have read the constant venom from
John Kelly, threatening to contact employers or attempt to infect their PC's
with viruses.
Would you like me to post those emails on here, John? I haven't yet, because
I don't think that's the way forward.
But you continue to abuse, threaten and bully. Some of the recipients of
your bile have managed to rise above it, but you push and push, and when
they eventually defend themselves, you use manipulative quoting and threaten
to report them to MS for daring to speak out against the great John Kelly.
But I say "Thank God for John Kelly"! After all, why bother with newsgroup
standards and protocols, when the JK way MUST be better! And why bother with
all that nonsense about Moviemaker being non-linear, when we can let you
spam all the hundreds of newsgroups on the Microsoft server informing
everyone that Papajohn has got it all wrong, and in fact MM is a linear
editor (in spite of the fact that it's not).
And thank goodness you saved us from the depraved filth that is "The
Apprentice", NBC's show about Donald Trump. Otherwise, we would have seen a
show "of an EXTREME PORNOGRAPHIC NATURE" (your words). I visited the website
at http://www.nbc.com/The_Apprentice/ and found shocking scenes of people
with clothes on, but would you believe those liberal Americans had given it
a TV-PG rating? Glad you warned us John.

I find the MVPs advice to be invaluable. They aren't employees of Microsoft,
as you seem to think, they are VOLUNTEERS.

Alan, you are right on the money. Anyone who has monitored Mr
Kelly's behavior in this newsgroup would also have to come to th
same conclusion -- including the people at Microsoft to whom hi
ridiculous complaint is addressed

I would consider revealing who I was except for one reason. I did what you suggested and read a lot of the messages in this list. I see a lot of people have hidden behind obvious false names when they attacked Mr. Kelly. I have even gone back as far as I can to see how the augument started. So far I can identify you, Mr Sanchez and Mr. Denny Messages from Mr. Kelly are not abusive and appear to plainly state a point of view. I saw that you replied in an abusive manner. I also saw that on no less than two occasions people from Microsoft basically posted messages in this list that required you to shut up. The last message was to point out that Mr. J Kelly was telling the truth and that the lies you were all taking part in distributing were just that LIES

I for one would like to see the threatening emails you have personally received from Mr J. Kelly. Please post those messages here so that we can all judge for ourselves whether you were threatened or not

I have read quite a few of the messages you said I should look at, all I see is one person defending himself against abuse from people who would not last very long in polite company You must all feel real proud of your selves

I also have to say that the last few messages from you where you told Mr Kelly to stop right there on the issue of whether he was called a tit or not rather funny. If Mr. Kelly does not get sarisfaction from this I will also write to Microsoft to complain about the way he has been treated

In the meantime Mr. J. Kelly getsa my full support against people like you and those others
