As a matter of manners could I ask that you don't post in capitals.

What format are you trying to save in? How large is your project? If you
want best quality you'll need to choose dv-avi, this can be a huge file size
and needs a fair bit of hard disc space, do you have enough space? What are
the specs of the pc?
