WIN TV PVR USB2

Pleaase can someone help.

I have installed and apparantly working WIN TV product
bur when I use movie 2 and hit capture it come up with
device in use by another application, but it is not.

Is there a reason why this happens as I am getting so
frustrated.

I am runnuing Windows XP

Thanks in aticipation.

MM2 won't work correctly with USB 2 devices, needing firewire.
