Default unable to capture video


I just purchased a JVC digital cam. and I am trying to download to moviemaker2 and burn to a CD with the moviemaker 2 (I have windows XP pro), but I keep on getting the following message" an interface has too many methods to fire events from" what do I do???

That's the normal message for MPEG2 files.... which indicates you are using
a USB connection to the computer.

Movie Maker works with a firewire connection. If you use the USB, you would
need to use the software that came with the camera and convert it to
something that MM2 can use (usually AVI).

If a firewire connection is an option for your camera, you should set it up.
