Problems previewing storyboard

Hello,

I hope someone can reply to this soon, but I am having
problems when it comes to previewing the storyboard (the
movie that I am putting together). I can hear the audio
just fine, but I can not see the video portion. It just
shows up as a black screen. I have tried reinstalling
and renaming certain files with no luck. Can someone
help me? Thanks!

Greg,

What kind of source files are you using? From where? Might be the normal
issues with MPEG2 files.
