If any one out there has an idea how I can to this please e-mail me back I'm ready to throw my computer out the window i'm so frustrated.

Dennis,

Assuming you mean an .MOV file - See the Importing > Video > MOV page of my
site. Rad Video Tools is a great utility and it'll convert it fine.
