A Thank You Note

I had an interesting exchange of emails with someone over the past two days....
he had the classic MM2 crashing problem, but didn't have the computer skills to
find and rename a file, nor to access and post to the newsgroup. And no-one was
close enough to help.

Toward the end, he was going to throw in the towel and rebuild his computer
from scratch.... I asked him to, before doing that, go to the newsgroup, find
one of John Kelly's posts that gives the link to his website and codec
utility, and try it....
