Default capture wizard box small

I wonder if this is suppose to be like this or not and if
not what seem to be the problem
got window xp home , when I try to capture movie from a
recorded camcorder to my pc as follow:
1-open moviemaker, 2- click on capture video, 3-it opens
video capture wizard( but the box can not be expanded so
cant see all of its content) 4-next capture video File -
5Video setting( cant see all of its content and does not
expand or larger so can be seen) 5-Capture Video ( dialog
box is small and does not expand to see all of its
content)like the lower part of it where there are square
boxes says Create clips when wizard finishes, Mute
speakers, rest can not bee seen .

would like to know what the problem is . orginally was
moviemaker 1 and was same problem then upgraded to MM2
still same
Thanks

Finaly found out that on wide screen laptops like compaq
presario x1000 If th display setting DPI changes from 96
DPI to higer Movimaker does not adjust to the diplay
setting the font becomes larger but the box stays same
size therefor cant see some part of the text in the box
