e-mail problems

why is it when I e-mail movie with sound the pictures are distorted on the other end? They are less then 1MB that is being transmitted. Thank you Semper Fi

A movie of less than 1 MB in size is very low quality.... check it at your
end to see if it's the quality level you want.

You can move the setting from 1 MB to as high as 10 MB... or you can save
the movie to your hard drive and then attach it to an email.
