Default Movie Maker and MyDVD

In order to burn my movie to a DVD Microsoft suggests
using MyDVD software. However, I cannot open a MM2
project in MyDVD 5.0. I get an error message that reads:

Could not complete the last command because: This is not
a valid MyDVD project file (DVDErr, -48004).

Any suggestions?

You need to save the movie as a video file.... MyDVD doesn't work from the
Movie Maker project file (MSWMM).

For higher quality use a DV-AVI file when saving.... if you're tight on disk
space, MyDVD can use a WMV file for input.
