Audio tracks

Is it possible to have a single music track (file) which
plays the entire video, and insert several small audio
(narative) tracks "on top" of the music track?

I am not having much luck.

dude do this add the narrations in right then save the video at full quality then imoprt the video you just made and add the song and save it again this time how you want it ie cd or specific fiel size.
