Movie Maker 2 has a single video track... and doesn't support layers or
transparency. So the short answer is no.

Depending on what you want to achieve, you might be able to simulate it
using other tools with MM2.

Not with Movie Maker. But you can with MovieXone or MovieDV 6 both from
www.asit.de
