Are you using Zoombrowser? Are you saying it will not autoplay when you
plug in the camera? Can you start ZB manually, and does it recognize
the camera? Does the camera have power?

we use a card reader....but we cant get any cds to play to reinstall..we uninstalled nortone, installed mcafee, uninstalled that and reinstalled norton...dont know if this caused this problem...cd rom doesnt work...used norton dr. to find problem...says it fixed it then it shows same problem. we reinstalled xp and first time attempting stopped with 20 minutes to go with DLL error...tried again and it loaded
