Default free disc space

I am currently making a slide show with a viao using WMM. I attempted a small slide show (10 pics) 1 song, and converted it to an AVI-2 and was able to create a DVD with the "click to DVD" program. I made a 24 minute long slide show with music and transitions and now I can't save it as a AVI file on my hard drive, I pretty sure I have enough space. I'm getting the "not enough disc space error". This sight has helped me alot with everything else, such as blurry photos, no audio, converting to DVD, ect....Can anyone please help with my final issue??? Please keep in mind I am a beginner. Thanks in advance!!!

Default Re: free disc space

The problem is probably that you're trying to create a file
that's larger than 4GB, but the file system on your hard drive
is FAT-32, which has a maximum file size limit of 4GB (approx 20
minutes of DV-AVI video).

You should convert your drive from FAT-32 to NTFS to remove that
file-size restriction. You will find instructions for
performing the conversion here: http://tinyurl.com/3ao9m
