Hi,

Looks like you may not have the video codec installed on your PC... Is this an AVI file?

The following article may help you:

Hi Marc.....Don't laugh but I don't know what an AVI file
is. I think the extensions on the things I am trying to
view are wmv, mov, and ifo. Thanks so much for your
help. Sally

MOV needs Quicktime (www.quicktime.com)... IFO will NOT play on WMP.. it is
part of a trio (usually) of files with the same names but different
extensions that refer to files on a DVD. (the other two being VOB and BUP).
If you have DVD codecs installed, the VOB file plays.
